I am the Director of Educational Technology at Granite State College, one of the four institutions that make up the University System of NH. I oversee the design and development of the colleges online courses and programs that serve the state's adult learning population.  I count myself lucky to have an exceptional Instructional Design Team who works collaboratively with faculty, Deans and Directors as well as student services and the library to build quality online courses and programs. Over the past 20+ years the online program has grown from 3 courses to over 95% online/hybrid delivery.  During this time, I worked with colleagues across the system originally to promote the use of technology in teaching and learning which resulted in the Academic Technology Institute for faculty in 2011. From 2016-2020 the focus of the ATI was  Open Education (OER & Open Pedagogy).  I am currently a member of the OER & Equity Work Group of the DOERs3 organization (https://www.doers3.org)
